We offer numerous services related to the sale of toys, party products and seasonal items. Thanks to the personal support provided by our sales team, professional and competent advice is guaranteed. With our own logistics centers and an infrastructure of around 15,000 pallet spaces, we ensure a high level of product availability and process all orders within a short period of time. We also see ourselves as a service provider when it comes to the presentation of goods and can offer a variety of POS concepts. Tailor-made customer solutions are possible, from display assembly to the support of shops in rack-jobbing mode. The focus is always on long-term and partnership-based cooperation.
Swiss warehouse
Our storage buildings are located in Walterswil, Birr and Wildegg. Storage in our three warehouses in Switzerland ensures the best possible availability of goods and flexibility in delivery. Over 12,000 different items and thousands of spare parts are kept in stock on over 15,000 pallet spaces. Since the company employs its own staff and has the appropriate know-how, the assembly of individual goods carriers such as for example displays or product assortments and special packaging are possible. We operate our warehouses in an energy-saving manner and in accordance with the current state of the art. We use LED lighting, heat pumps, district heating and a PV system to keep our energy requirements low and protect the environment.
Fast delivery
In order to process customer orders efficiently, we continuously invest in new technologies and optimize our processes. From receipt of the order to processing in the warehouse to handover to the carrier, all processes are optimized so that no valuable time is lost before a shipment leaves the company. Storage in our own buildings and the use of the most modern tools enable rapid deliveries, from which our customers benefit.
The development of all warehouse buildings with WiFi and software developed for our needs enable the use of various technical aids, which serve the maximum efficiency in order processing and the greatest possible flexibility in the implementation of the various customer needs. Our shipping partners ensure that the goods reach their destination quickly and safely.

Customer Service:Our customer service is based in Birr and is happy to take your orders by phone, email, fax and in a variety of electronic formats. Our order processing team ensures that customer orders are processed in the warehouse on time and that they reach their destination safely. We are also available during our office hours for general inquiries about items or to process your order. We are happy to serve you in German, French and Italian.
From Monday to Friday we can be reached by phone from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1.30 p.m. to 5 p.m. (on Friday until 4.30 p.m.). Outside these times you can send an email to info@sombo.ch. We will take care of your delivery as soon as possible.
Master data and interfaces
In order to make cooperation with our business partners as efficient as possible, we provide interfaces for automatic order processing and also upload our master data to a protected customer area several times a day.
In addition, there is the possibility of importing entire article lists, price lists and stock levels into customer systems at the push of a button and updating them at regular intervals. Whether operating a web shop or maintaining article data in your own merchandise management system, this offers a time-saving and efficient option for data management. We are happy to take the time to explain the master data files in detail so that our customers can derive maximum benefit from them.
