Conditions of Sale

Sale exclusively to wholesalers and retailers. No sale to private individuals.

Delivery option and delivery time

Delivery is subject to the availability of the goods. The delivery time is not binding, it is usually 3 to 5 working days. No responsibility is accepted for delays in delivery. Deviating regulations of the customer (customer) require our consent in writing. A minimum order value of CHF 500 (payment in advance) and a valid excerpt from the commercial register must be presented for initial orders.

The items listed on the order with the corresponding quantities are binding. Backlogs will be included with the next order. 

The return 

Returns are only possible after mutual agreement.

Price and product change

The prices are exclusive of VAT. Shipping costs. Price or product changes are subject to change. With the appearance of new prices, all previous information is no longer valid. The information on sales prices is to be understood as a recommendation and not as a fixed price.

Conclusion of contract 

A delivery contract is only concluded after our acceptance and confirmation (by telephone, in writing, e-mail, fax). Changes in terms of quantities, delivery date, etc. are only made after consultation. The delivery takes place against prepayment, cash payment or invoice. If the creditworthiness of a customer deteriorates, Sombo AG can withdraw from the purchase contract or demand the immediate return of the delivered goods without any compensation. All goods delivered by us remain our property until they have been paid for in full, even after they have been sold to third parties.

Complaints, product liability

Complaints can only be considered if they are made within 8 days of receipt of the goods. Transport damage and quantity differences must be reported to Sombo within 24 hours. In the event of a timely, justified notice of defects, a delivery of defect-free or similar goods can be requested. If this is not possible, there is a right of withdrawal. We assume product liability in accordance with the applicable Swiss product liability law.
